Many of our flavors change seasonally, taking advantage of the wonderful produce the season offers and work closely with dairy farmers and growers in the area, but we also use a lot of ingredients that unfortunately can't grow here and are often in part of our repertoire. After all, we gotta have the yummy Mexican flavors around!
